Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vol4 platform operated by Vol4 ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Vol4 is an AI agency operations platform that provides cost tracking, monitoring, alerting, invoicing, and client portal features for businesses that deploy AI agents on behalf of their clients. We act as a proxy between your AI agents and LLM providers to log usage data.

2. Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Vol4
• You must provide a valid email address
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

3. Free Trial

The Solo plan includes a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will be restricted until you add a payment method and select a plan. Your data will be preserved for 30 days after trial expiration.

4. Payment and Billing

• All paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled
• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle
• Downgrades are not permitted (you may only upgrade to a higher tier)
• We do not offer refunds for partial months of service
• All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes

5. Plan Limits

Each plan has defined limits for clients, bots, API keys, alerts, and data retention. Exceeding your plan's limits will require upgrading to a higher tier. We will not delete your data if you exceed limits, but new resources cannot be created until you upgrade.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts
• Interfere with the service's infrastructure or other users' access
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Resell or redistribute the service without written permission
• Use the proxy to route requests that violate LLM provider terms of service

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into Vol4, including client information, bot configurations, and request logs. We do not claim ownership of your data. We use your data only to provide and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vol4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Vol4 in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vol4 from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@vol4.ai
• We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted
• Sections 9, 10, and 12 survive termination

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Vol4 after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
